About Andra And The Backbone

ANDRA RAMADHAN :
Andra Junaidi dilahirkan pada tanggal 17 Juni 1972 sebagai anak bungsu dari enam bersaudara hasil pernikahan pasangan A. Ramadhan dan S.M. Fadilah. Andra mengaku terlambat mengenal musik, karena baru SMP lewat ekskul musiklah ia mulai tertarik pada musik. Pertama ia bermimpi untuk menjadi seorang drummer terkenal, tapi karena masalah biaya untuk membeli Drum sangat mahal dan setelah melihat teman2nya asyik memetik gitar, hobinya pun berganti. Bermodal gitar pinjaman, ia mulai belajar gitar, dan memang karena bakat, kemampuan dan teknik permainannya berkembang sangat pesat.

DEDY LISAN :
Dedy Lisan dilahirkan pada tanggal 2 Juli 1976 sebagai anak sulung dari tiga bersaudara hasil pernikahan Matnur Lisan dan Supriati. Kenal musik sejak SMP dan mulai sesekali ngeband ketika duduk di bangku SMA. Senang bermain gitar meski tidak mahir dan lebih nyaman ketika menjadi vokalis. Ketika kuliah di FISIP UI, Dedy beberapa kali tampil di atas panggung dalam acara kampus. Musik professional mulai digelutinya ketika ikutan bermain di kafe-kafe seputaran Jakarta selama setahun. Sayang dunia jurnalistik kemudian lebih digelutinya.
Adalah Agung Krusok dan Ari Lasso yang ikut menyarankan Andra untuk mengaudisi Dedy sebagai vokalis AATB. Lucunya pertemuan Dedy dengan Andra terjadi setelah saling kontak lewat situs pertemanan www.friendster.com. Setelah saling bertukar nomor ponsel, pertemuan pertama terjadi ketika Dewa show di Cirebon di bulan Februari 2006. Setelah itu proses kreatif terjadi di studio 19 dan Legend. Tanpa banyak proses yang rumit, Dedy langsung dipilih Andra untuk menjadi vokalis AATB.

STEVI ITEM :
Stevie Morley Item dilahirkan pada tanggal 28 Maret 1979 di Jakarta sebagai anak kedua dari empat bersaudara hasil pernikahan Yopie Item dan Evie Aquanthie. Mulai mengenal musik sejak SD kelas 6, alat musik yang pertama kali dikuasai adalah organ, tetapi kemudian Stevie lebih tertarik dengan alat musik lain yaitu Guitar. Stevie Item dari dulu memang sudah menyukai musik beraliran keras seperti Megadeth, Metallica, Anthrax, Sepultura, Slayer, Necrophagist, tapi menyukai juga band2 seperti smashing pumpkins, stone temple pilots, nirvana, soundgarden, Foo Fighters dan lain2.
Setelah itu Stevie sangat dikenal sebagai Additional guitar di banyak band dan Artis, diantaranya adalah Oppie Andarista, Audy, Ari Lasso, Ratu, Samson, Dewa19 dan beberapa band2 yang lain. Selain mondar mandir sebagai additional player Stevie juga beberapa kali ikut dalam project2 rekaman di album Dewa19, Ari Lasso, Ratu, Oppie Andarista, Chrisye dan lain2. Pada saat yang hampir bersamaan ditahun 1999 Stevie ditawarin oleh temannya untuk bergabung di sebuah band Hardcore di Jakarta yang bernama "StepForward" . Tahun 2004 Stevie hengkang dari "StepForward" dan sekarang membentuk band beraliran Death Metal bersama Andyan Gorust (EX-Siksakubur), Bonie (Ex-Tengkorak),yang diberi nama "DeadSquad".
